Today I started on a great journey...

NaNoWriMo started today. I had trouble getting my first day's words hammered out because I was faced with almost constant interruptions. But after 12 hours, I have my daily quota of 1,667 words commited to paper. For this novel I've chosen the simple tale of two friends faced with alien invasion as they do their laundry. I think it will be called Stripmall. I know it willbe better suited to a B-movie than a novel. Maybe someday it will be both. I've posted the start of it on the NaNoWriMo blog, if anyone cares to read it. Just remember it's about quantity not quality, people.
