Shetland Wool, is apparently, a jerk...

You are Shetland Wool. You are a traditional sort who can sometimes be a little on the harsh side. Though you look delicate you are tough as nails and prone to intricacies. Despite your acerbic ways you are widely respected and even revered.
What kind of yarn are you?

Rothane from knitty asked the question in a different way: If you were a yarn a shade, and a stitch, what would you be?

And I answered: The internet quiz tells me I'm Shetland Wool and I'd agree with that. Somewhat abraisive but really warm once you get used to it. I'd be a dark red, the kind that always bleeds no matter how many times you wash the thing so you always have to wash it seperately. And I think I'd be K1 P1 ribbing, anyone can handle that but do you really want to?

That's a little too philosophical for a Sunday morning I think. Or maybe I just don't like my answer. Eh, whatever.
